This policy explains what personal information Creators Corp (“we”, “us”) collects through creatorscorp.gg, why, and the choices you have. Creators Corp is a game development studio based in Los Angeles, California. Questions about this policy go to hello@creatorscorp.gg.
What we collect
When you contact us. The enquiry form asks for your name, work email and company, and lets you add the platform you are interested in, your timing and a message. We store each enquiry in our website’s private admin area and email it to our team so we can reply. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Analytics, only if you agree. If you choose “Allow analytics” on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages people visit, roughly where they come from and what device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details to produce these statistics. If you choose “Reject analytics”, or make no choice, no analytics tags load and no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical information about each request (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a limited time and used for security and troubleshooting.
We only store your cookie choice itself in your browser, so the banner does not ask again.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (only with your consent).
- To keep the site secure and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who processes it for us
- WP Engine, which hosts the website and stores enquiries.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics and Tag Manager (only with your consent) and our email.
These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer or successor if our business changes hands.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond, to manage any resulting relationship or project, and to meet our legal and business record-keeping needs. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of the page. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or the EU), you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email hello@creatorscorp.gg and we will respond as the applicable law requires. We may need to verify your identity first, and some requests may be limited where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering enquiries, running a secure website and operating our business, on compliance with legal obligations, and on your consent for analytics.
Security and other websites
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no website or transmission over the internet is completely secure. Our site links to other websites, such as platforms and press coverage; their own privacy policies apply once you leave creatorscorp.gg, and we are not responsible for them.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
